The experience of this new Southern way of dining is under the culinary experience of Alabama native William (Bill) Schleusner, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y.
The Rawls is a smoke-free facility.
Hours of operations are:
Lunch – Tuesday-Friday, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Dinner – Tuesday-Saturday, 5 - 10 p.m.
